The view that sentence is meaning is mainly prepositional in turn, claims that prepositional template must be pragmatically completed and elaborated on each occasion of utterance (in terms of its connection with other adequate structures) in order to derive a more complex and more capatious prepositional content meant by the speaker or writer. In accord with the recently obtained research findings, the focus has been on inter-clausal - / -sentential relations and a detailed role of the so-called discourse markers the outcome of which is broader than lexically encoded concept commitment since these marker playing the “bridge” between the two or more clauses or sentences behave in different ways in different contexts. And the aim of the present paper is to study the contribution of these connectives to the organizational aspect of scientific English texts.
